We will have the animal delivered to the processor for you. Your name appears on the processors records as a percentage owner. After the initial processing the meat will dry age for 14 or more days. After the ageing, the processor will cut, wrap, divide into the designated shares and freeze the meat, this will take about 21 days total. When the beef is ready, the processor will contact us and we will give you your pickup information.

16% Round & Cube Steak
26% Roast, Brisket
38% Lean ground beef
Customers ordering 1/2 animal may have their meat cut to their specifications.

Current price for the animal:
25% Share $2.49 per lb hanging wt.
We have a special price of $2.30 per lb hanging wt for orders of one half animal and for buying groups.

Customer pays processing
The processing is approximately;
$100- $130 per 25% share depending on the size of the animal.
Remember when you buy a share of a live animal on the farm the sale is exempt from sales tax.
Payment terms- Check or money order
Initial deposit $150.00 for each 25% share.
(Prompt payment is very important .We only hold shares of animals for 10 days from the date of the invoice)
Additional deposit 60 days prior to processing $150.00 for each 25% share.
Because of the shortage of processors the deposit can only be refunded if the order is canceled 60 or more days prior to harvest date. You may transfer your deposit to another person at any time.
The balance for the animal will be due when you are notified of the hanging weight, the day after the animal goes to the processor. At that time you will send Cole Farms LLC a check for the balance of your share of the animal.
Please remember the animal must be paid for before the processor will deliver the meat. If you would like we will give you the name and number of the processor to verify the delivery of your animal. You will pickup your BEEF at the processor and pay them for your share of the processing .

We have been ask the question. What happens if something unfortunate occurs that my animal does not reach the processor,death sickness etc. Our agreement with you is to deliver the animal to the processor or your money will be refunded.
If a customer fails to pick up their beef from the processor within 30 days of being notified, the processor may sell the beef to cover processing charges.
